These fans are completely DIY and are micro-perforated 2 on a sheet and shipped flat for you to print and assemble. No eyelets or bindings are included with this fan. We provide a Word template and general instructions to help set up the printing on the fans, but options for printing vary from printer to printer (see FAQ page for printer details).

You will need to punch a small hole at the base of each panel, and purchase eyelets, brads or ribbons to bind the panels together....be creative!

You save money by printing and assembling the fans yourself - cost of DIY fans start at less than $1.00 each! We also offer our precut (non-printable) accent petals to fully customize your program fan to your wedding colors. Order ACCENT PETALS Each sheet is 8.5x11 cardstock and is pre-perforated (micro-perf) to run easily though your home inkjet or laser printer.

Calculate it out

Figure out how many petals you need total,
then divide it by the number of petals in a package

FOR EXAMPLE:
50 (fifty) 5 petal fans would be 50 x 5 = 250 petals that you need total
then divide that by the number of petals in each pack:
250 ÷ 125 pk (250 petals) = 1 package
250 ÷ 50 pk (100 petals) = 2.5 packages
250 ÷ 10 pk (20 petals) = 12.5 packages When deciding on quantity, usually it is recommended to purchase one program per couple attending, and a few extra for mementos and relatives or friends who could not attend.

We also offer pre-printed and perforated petals to use as cover accent pages. These petals are pre printed with either the filigree or wildflower design (more designs to come). DIY fans are printed and perforated 2-up on each sheet with 25 sheets per pack. You can choose to use the pre-printed sheets for your entire fan or just for a accent cover page.

Standard DIY Fan kits are typically shipped the SAME day if ordered before 12 noon Pacific time.
Custom color and metallic kits require 1-2 days processing before shipment.
