Place cards & Escort Cards
Our customized escort and place cards offer an elegant and practical solution to help your guests with seating arrangements.
Escort cards are placed together in a central location perhaps outside the reception hall to direct your guests to their respective tables. Your guest's name is written on the card or envelope, and the inside card shows your guests the table at which they will be seated. Escort cards may be enclosed in a small envelope for an added formal touch.
Place cards are used to indicate which seat ( for your guest is to sit at) once they have found their table. Have your place and table cards personalized with your names and date or monogram.

Meal choice text or icon to indicate meal choice can be added to any place card for an additional $0.50 per card.
To order please download an Excel template to help format your guest's names names must be typed **EXACTLY** as you want them to appear in one column and the table name/# in a separate column or you can submit your own list* along with our order form.
If you do not have Excel a guest list can be sent in a Word or similar text document.
The guest list should be formatted:

After Place Cards or Escort Cards have been formatted changes to a guest listwill be charged as follows:
1-5 Changes - Free5-10
Changes - $10.0010-20
Changes - $20.00
If a complete re-formatting is necessary after the place cards have been formatted with a guest list there will be a $35.00 fee.
What constitutes a complete re-formatting?
If the guest list is revised and resent entirely after initial formatting.
If manual changes need to be made to the list, i.e. separateing guest names for individual cards, etc.
If the design of the place card is changed.
If there are more than (20) changes to a guest list.
We recommend that you contact one of our designers or submit your order form early (2-3 weeks prior to the event) so that we can get a proof established. We will format your design, with the fonts, colors, motifs of your choice and some faux names so you can see and approve the layout. We will e-mail you a PDF or JPEG for your approval so that everything is ready when you submit your completed guest list for final printing, approximately a week before the eventMinimum order of 50 for personalized place cards.
Continue your stationery theme to your table and help guests identify the table they are sitting at with a custom Table Card. Many options available, from adding your monogram, names and date, etc.
Please submit table names or other text with Type style in your e-mailed order, so we may send you a proof. Choose from white, cream or ivory card stock for cards (other paper options are available upon request).
