All programs come fully assembled. $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process. Minimum qty 50 (or $25 surcharge for under 50)
When deciding on quantity, usually it is recommended to purchase one program per couple attending, and a few extra for mementos and relatives or friends who could not attend.

PLACE ORDER ONLINEFor custom designs please allow approx 4 weeks from initial order placement to delivery. Prices quoted do not include tax or shipping charges and are subject to change.
Full payment is due before shipment, prompt payment will insure
prompt delivery of your programs.
Checks can be mailed in advance to the address listed on our contact
page or we accept credit card payment via phone or online secure
payments via PayPal. $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin
work.
Rush orders are accepted for a $50 additional charge plus expedited shipping charges, however, if we can’t guarantee delivery in time for your event, we won’t accept the order! Prices quoted do not include tax or shipping charges and are subject to change.
Ground
Transit time is 3 – 10 business days after processing.
Printed orders take 2 - 3 weeks to process unless otherwise stated.
3rd Day Saver
Transit time is 3 business days after processing.

Second Day Air
Transit time is 2 business days after processing.

Shipping Restrictions
- We CAN ship to international locations including Canada
- We do not ship to PO boxes
Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, or other conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in shipping your order. If you receive a damaged product, our Customer Service department is here to take care of your problem immediately and replace any damaged product.
All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges.
If there is a printing error on your order, please contact our Customer Service department within 3 business days after receiving your printed order, so that we may correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in additional cost to the customer. We will provide you with a return number and have FedEx pick up the order from the location of your choice. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer's satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order and additional shipping.
